Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 5 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning and 1 cup cheese.
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle with half the bacon pieces.
  • Arrange tater tots in even layer on top.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, bake 10 minutes more.
  • Top with remaining bacon and green onions before serving.
