Ingredients

  • Crinkle cut fries You can know any other type of fries bought from the store or cut them at home
  • Half kg ground beef without fat
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Any of your favorite seasoned salt half tsp
  • Salsa 1 cup
  • Taco seasoning 1 tbsp
  • Mexican cheese 2 cups
  • For toppings you can use green onions, tomatoes diced, jalapenos, sour cream, avocado, guacamole, and more salsa. The choice is yours and you can make the best for you and your family with any of your favorite toppings.

Instructions

  • You can add the fries to a baking sheet and add some olive oil on top. Sprinkle some salt if you like and bake them as per the cooking instructions on the back. You can also fry them but it is healthier if you bake them.
  • In a skillet add the beef and onion to sauté them together on a medium flame. Cook them for 10 minutes until the onions are soft and the beef changed color to brown.
  • If the beef has any excess fat, drain it and add the salsa and seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes and then close the flame.
  • Do not turn off the oven as you have to add now the cheese, beef mixture, and some more cheese on the top. Bake it for another 2-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Add the toppings you want to add now like we have mentioned above and enjoy this amazing recipe at home.
