A Healthier Seasoned Fried Potatoes

Don't Lose This Recipe


  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • chives (to taste)
  • basil (to taste)
  • oregano (to taste)
  • Seasoned Salt (to taste)


  1. In a 350° F oven, bake the 4 potatoes until soft. About 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let completely cool.
  2. Cut the potato into small pieces. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and place the potatoes into the pan over medium heat.
  3. This recipe doesn’t call for exact portions on the spices, so just sprinkle the potatoes to your liking with the chives, basil, oregano and seasoned salt.
  4. Cook over medium heat, turning frequently until the outside of the potatoes are crispy.
