Ingredients For This Tropical Taste Sensation

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (7 ounce) bag sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

How To Make This Creamy Coconut Pineapple Cake

Preheat oven and grease a 15 1/2” by 10 1/2” by 1” jelly roll pan. Prepare cake mix batter and bake according to package directions. Allow cake to cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and continue beating for 2 minutes. Spread filling evenly over cooled cake. Top with drained crushed pineapple. Sprinkle with coconut flakes. Top with whipped topping.
