Ground Beef shell Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb shell pasta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
