Sometimes the simplest recipes are also the most satisfying and impressive. Case in point – this incredibly easy slow cooker peach cobbler made with just three humble ingredients. But don’t let the short ingredient list fool you! This cobbler packs in all the sweet, fruity, caramelized flavors of an amazing homemade dessert with absolutely none of the fuss.

If you’ve avoided making cobbler from scratch because of the lengthy recipes and fiddly steps, then this no-brainer crockpot version will be a total game-changer. All you’ll need is a box of vanilla cake mix, a couple cans of peach pie filling, and some butter. Yup, that’s it! Just dump, dollop, and let the slow cooker work its magic.

The cake mix forms the most delightfully crunchy, buttery crust on top while the peach filling bubbles up into a gloriously syrupy, jammy filling beneath. As it cooks low and slow, those concentrated peach flavors intensify and the crust transforms into tender, caramelized perfection.

When it’s finally done after a couple hours, you’ll have the most stunning, rustic-looking cobbler waiting for you. That bright coral hue practically glows with sweet peach essence, beckoning you to crack through that crispy crust and scoop up all those juicy, jammy peaches in their thick syrupy sauce.

While incredible unadorned, I’d be remiss if I didn’t insist you serve this peach cobbler extravaganza with a scoop or three of vanilla ice cream on top. It’s the ultimate hot/cold, sweet/creamy contrast to each cobbler bite. For an extra swoon-worthy touch, drizzle on some caramel or butterscotch sauce for next-level peach cobbler decadence.

This easy peach cobbler also makes an incredibly lovely dessert for any occasion, from laid-back summer backyard celebrations or weekend cookouts to more formal holiday gatherings. You can easily double or triple the batch to feed a crowd. Those extra hands-off hours in the slow cooker buy you plenty of time to focus on other dishes too.

Personally, I adore a good cobbler for brunch, all dolled up with whipped cream, ice cream, maybe some candied pecans or sweetened mascarpone cheese.Truly one of the most versatile sweet treats around! Whenever or however you serve it, warm from the slow cooker with big scoops of vanilla bean ice cream is sure to garner rave reviews.

While not quite as effortless as starting with a store-bought mix, the ease and pure satisfaction factor of this crowd favorite slow cooker peach cobbler is pretty unbeatable. It’s the kind of simple, rustic-chic dessert with maximum payoff for so little actual effort. A real miracle of delicious summertime flavors!
