  • In a big ol’ bowl, mix both the sugars with the vegetable oil and eggs until smooth and creamy.

  • Last but not least, fold in those delicious toasted pecans by hand until they’re evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into your greased baking dish and spread it out nice and even-like.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F until golden brown. Use a toothpick to make sure the center is fully baked.
  • Once out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
