Turkey stuffing Balls Recipe:

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 12 balls

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups stuffing
  • 1½ cups shredded turkey
  • Gravy for serving
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Butter/oil for frying (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Ingredients:
    • Bring all ingredients to room temperature
    • Warm potatoes slightly if needed
    • Moisten stuffing with broth if dry
  2. Mix & Form:
    • Combine potatoes and stuffing in large bowl
    • Fold in shredded turkey
    • Season with pepper if needed
    • Form into 12 golf ball-sized portions
  3. Choose Your Method:For Baked Version:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F
    • Place on lined baking sheet
    • Bake 10-12 minutes until hot and crispy
    For Pan-Fried Version:
    • Roll balls in panko breadcrumbs
    • Heat butter/oil in nonstick pan
