Make the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, Worcestershire, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper until emulsified. Chill until ready to use.
In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomatoes, Swiss, ham, olives, artichokes and Parmesan.
Pour the dressing over top and toss to fully coat and combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
