Preheat your oven to 375 F
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside
Bring a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray over high heat and brown ground beef in it for 5 minutes, spice with garlic and take away from heat
In a medium owl combine sauerkraut, nutmeg and powdered vegetable stock
Now fill all ten egg roll wrappers with equal amount of sauerkraut and ground beef, roll up and place on baking sheet
Spray top of the rolls with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes
Turn rolls over and bake for additional 10 minutes, serve :)
