In a large skillet, pour the olive oil on low heat.
Add pork sausage to the skillet and cook until caramelized and browned.
Once the sausage is cooked, add butter to it.
Melt the butter and add herb seasoning and garlic. Sauté them for a minute.
Add flour to the skillet and sauté it for a minute or until the flour is cooked.
Now remove the skillet from the heat.
Pour milk, chicken broth, and heavy cream into the skillet and mix to avoid lumps.
Bring the gravy to a gentle simmer and mix it gradually.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Serving hot with butter biscuit.
