If you have unpopped Popcorn kernels, then start by making the popcorns. You can use the stove method or a popcorn machine if you have one.
Cool the popcorn at room temperature.
Now take a baking tray and spray it with the cooking spray.
Pour in the popcorns, peanuts, and pretzels. The tray aside.
Pre-heat the oven at 250-degree F.
Take a saucepan and pour in brown sugar, light corn syrup and butter.
Bring the saucepan to the stove and heat it gently on low heat so that everything is melted and combined. Make sure to stir it constantly.
Once the mixture comes to a gentle simmer, add in the kosher salt and baking soda. The baking soda will rapidly boil but stir to avoid over boiling.
Once everything is mixed, the mixture will be light caramel. Remove it from the heat.
Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorns and mix with the help of a greased spatula.
Now bake the popcorns in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Make sure to mix them in every 5 minutes.
Once baked, remove the baking tray from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Take the popcorns out from the tray and crumble with a little.
Wait to cool it completely.
Serve and enjoy!
