Ingredients

  • American cheese 16 ounces
  • Green chilies chopped 6-7
  • Half teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 and a half cups of milk
  • Chipotle powder 1 tbsp Optional but I would recommend it for extra flavors in the dip

Instructions

  • In the bottom of the double boiler add the cheese slices.
  • Add all the other ingredients in the same quantity on top of it.
  • Close the boiler and cook it for 1-2 hours on low flame. As soon as the cheese is melted the dip is ready.
  • Mix it well for making sure the ingredients complement each other.
