Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with the melted butter.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, pineapple slices, and chopped maraschino cherries. Spread the mixture into the bottom of the greased pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham crackers and 3 Tbsp. of white sugar. Pour the graham cracker mixture over the pineapple layer and press down to form a crust.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese with the 3/4 cup of white sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract and eggs and mix until combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
