These honey-glazed ribs are super easy to make and taste amazing whether served hot or at room temperature. Plus, you can prep them ahead of time, so you can actually enjoy your own dinner party! The sauce is also a dream when drizzled over rice. Trust me, this one's a keeper!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of pork spareribs meaty goodness!
  • ½ cup honey for that delicious sweetness
  • ¼ cup soy sauce adds a little salty kick
  • ¼ cup distilled white vinegar a touch of tang
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar more sweet goodness
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (you can never have too much garlic, am I right?)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda helps tenderize the ribs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt because, again, garlic is life

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) - gotta get it nice and toasty for those yummy ribs!
  • Next, slice the ribs into individual pieces, because sharing is caring, right?
  • In a large bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Keep stirring until the honey and sugar dissolve completely. Then, add in the baking soda - and watch the magic happen as it starts to foam up!
  • Time to get saucy! Toss the ribs into the bowl and make sure they're fully coated with that heavenly honey garlic mixture.
  • Grab a cookie sheet and line it with foil for easy cleanup. Arrange the ribs meat-side up on the sheet, and drizzle any leftover sauce on top. Don't forget to sprinkle some garlic salt over the ribs for an extra garlicky punch!
  • Pop those bad boys in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. Remember to turn the ribs every 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.
