Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
Cut mozzarella into small cubes (about ¾ inch each).
Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of cheese in the center. Pinch the edges to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Mix garlic butter: Stir melted butter with garlic and Ranch seasoning.
Brush tops of each dough ball with garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Brush again with remaining garlic butter as soon as they’re out of the oven.
Cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauce.
