Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 10 Cheese Bombs

Ingredients

Cheese Bombs:

  • 1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 10 count, regular size
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese cut into ¾-inch cubes

Garlic Butter Topping:

  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 3 teaspoons minced garlic for stronger flavor
  • 2 teaspoons dry Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
  • Cut mozzarella into small cubes (about ¾ inch each).
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of cheese in the center. Pinch the edges to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Mix garlic butter: Stir melted butter with garlic and Ranch seasoning.
  • Brush tops of each dough ball with garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Brush again with remaining garlic butter as soon as they’re out of the oven.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Cheese Options: Try cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack for a different flavor.
  • Add-ins: Mix in chopped cooked bacon or jalapeños with the cheese.
  • Make it a meal: Serve alongside soup, salad, or pasta.
  • Freezer-friendly: Assemble and freeze unbaked cheese bombs. Bake straight from frozen, adding 2–3 extra minutes to the bake time.
