Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1½ cups water
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Add the lemon juice, sugar, water, and vanilla ice cream to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
