Ingredients
  

  • 1 container thawed whipped topping
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Beat whipped topping, eggs, and cake mix until combined.
  2. Scoop tablespoon balls of dough and roll in powdered sugar to coat.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes until set at edges but still soft in center.
  4. Cool slightly before serving. Store airtight at room temperature up to 1 week.
