Corn Casserole

Thinking of making something delicious and healthy for dinner? Try out this technique of corn casserole that will become your all-time favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 14.75 ounces creamed corn
  • 8 ounces Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • ½ cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make sure the whole kernel corn is well-drained.
  2. Grease an eight-by-eight-inch baking pan.
  3. Pour the ingredients into the prepared pan and bake at 350°F (preheated oven) for approximately 45 or until the top is nicely browned.
