Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and herbs. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and lightly browned.
Remove the garlic butter from the heat and set aside.
Add the garlic butter to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Once the garlic butter is hot and bubbly, add the pork chops back to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the top of the pork chops.
Cook for a few minutes more, or until the pork chops are heated through.
