Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and herbs. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and lightly browned.
  • Remove the garlic butter from the heat and set aside.
  • Add the garlic butter to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Once the garlic butter is hot and bubbly, add the pork chops back to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the top of the pork chops.
  • Cook for a few minutes more, or until the pork chops are heated through.
  • Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides and enjoy!
