Ingredients
  

  • Peas froze 1 cup
  • ⦁ Carrot froze 1 cup
  • ⦁ Cheddar cheese shredded You can use any other cheese as a substitute
  • ⦁ Hash brown potatoes froze 2 lbs.
  • ⦁ Sour cream yogurt 1 and a half cups
  • ⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
  • ⦁ Cream of chicken soup 1 can
  • ⦁ Half cup of milk
  • ⦁ Roasted or rotisserie chicken 2 and a half cups
  • ⦁ Breadcrumbs 2 cups

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. ⦁ Place the potatoes and add the other ingredients except for the crumbs in them. Mix it well and bake it for 40-45 minutes. Add the crumbs now and let it heat till the mixture is golden brown.
