Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg frozen phyllo dough thawed
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts optional
  • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix honey and cinnamon. Unroll phyllo and cover with damp cloth.
  3. Layer 4 sheets, brushing each with butter. Spread honey mix on top, add nuts.
  4. Roll tightly and place seam-down on baking sheet. Repeat.
  5. Brush tops with remaining butter. Bake 15–20 mins until golden.
  6. Cool, slice, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
