Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
Transfer the beef and onion mixture into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat.
In a medium bowl, combine milk, onion soup mix, Bisquick, and eggs. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour this mixture over the meat and cheese in the pie plate.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
