Low carb crack slaw is a delicious and nutritious dish that can be enjoyed by just about anyone.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Fresh ginger grated
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 cups Shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Green onions thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add coleslaw mix and coconut aminos and cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add toasted sesame oil and green onions and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
