Ingredients
For crust:
- Yellow cake mixes 1 box
- Pecans chopped 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Coconut flakes 1 cup
- Butter at room temperature half cup
For the batter:
- Egg 1
- Cream cheese soft 8oz
- Powdered sugar 4 cups
- Vanilla essence half teaspoon
Instructions
- In two different bowls mix up all the ingredients of the batter and then the crust.
- Grease a baking pan and add the crust mixture first following with the batter.
- Bake it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- You will know that it is done because of the golden light brown color on the top.
