Ingredients
  

For crust:
  • Yellow cake mixes 1 box
  • Pecans chopped 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Coconut flakes 1 cup
  • Butter at room temperature half cup
For the batter:
  • Egg 1
  • Cream cheese soft 8oz
  • Powdered sugar 4 cups
  • Vanilla essence half teaspoon

Method
 

  1. In two different bowls mix up all the ingredients of the batter and then the crust.
  2. Grease a baking pan and add the crust mixture first following with the batter.
  3. Bake it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  4. You will know that it is done because of the golden light brown color on the top.
