Method
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add coconut, graham crumbs, and chocolate chips. Stir until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Roll into small balls (about 1¼ inch wide). Roll in extra graham crumbs if desired.
- Place the balls on a tray or container and chill again until firm. Enjoy cold or room temp!
Notes
- You can swap some chocolate chips for chopped nuts or dried fruit if you like.
- Don’t skip the chilling — it helps the balls hold their shape.
- Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
