In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Add coconut, graham crumbs, and chocolate chips. Stir until fully combined.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Roll into small balls (about 1¼ inch wide). Roll in extra graham crumbs if desired.
Place the balls on a tray or container and chill again until firm. Enjoy cold or room temp!
