Method
- Line a 9x13 pan with wax or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
- Add marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and butter to a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring at 45 seconds. Microwave 30 more seconds, stirring at 15 seconds, until smooth.
- Fold in 2 cups of gumdrops until combined.
- Transfer nougat to prepared pan and spread into an even layer using greased hands or spatula.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours minimum or until fully set.
- Cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes using a greased knife. Store refrigerated.

Preventing Sticking: Use nonstick parchment or wax paper only. Grease paper well with nonstick spray. Freeze set nougat briefly before removing paper.
