Ingredients
  

  • 18 oz white chocolate chips
  • 16 oz mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Dot's fruity gumdrops

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x13 pan with wax or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
  2. Add marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and butter to a large microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring at 45 seconds. Microwave 30 more seconds, stirring at 15 seconds, until smooth.
  4. Fold in 2 cups of gumdrops until combined.
  5. Transfer nougat to prepared pan and spread into an even layer using greased hands or spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for 6 hours minimum or until fully set.
  7. Cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes using a greased knife. Store refrigerated.

Notes

Preventing Sticking: Use nonstick parchment or wax paper only. Grease paper well with nonstick spray. Freeze set nougat briefly before removing paper.
