Method
- Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Slowly add to wet ingredients.
- Press half of dough into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Spread over crust.
- Spoon peach pie filling over cream cheese layer.
- Dollop remaining dough over pie filling.
- Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract for glaze. Drizzle over cooled bars.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
