Boil the pasta based on the given instructions on the back of the packaging. Drain it and run it under cool water for 2 minutes.
Take a large bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Italian dressing and mix it nicely.
Now add the pasta, tomatoes, parmesan, and basil. Mix it well and put it in the refrigerator for 7 to 8 hours. You can also make this pasta a day before and let it cool overnight.
