Skillet BBQ Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 18 oz. skinless chicken breast that's 3 medium ones
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/3 cup whole grain breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a bowl and stir until the nuggets are completely covered.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, and when it's hot enough, add the nuggets and fry them for 3 minutes without touching them so they develope a crispy side.
  4. Keep on frying until they look golden and crispy. This should take about 10-15 minutes depending on the size of your chicken cubes and the size of your frying pan.
  5. Enjoy warm, but these are awesome reheated as well!

Notes

For healthier nuggets, use a bbq sauce with a short list of ingredients!
