Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Ripe Tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup White Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Sea Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir together and test to see if any additional lime juice or sea salt is needed. Adjust to taste preferences.
  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let flavors combine before serving.

    I make my recipe using the same ingredients as you did. Sometimes I will add red onion with the white onion. I also do you not care much for the heat of the jalapeño peppers so I’ll use chopped green bell pepper. I also add a little Black pepper to mine. I too love this on all types of food from eggs to Spanish rice, sandwiches, etc! Thanks
