This is my favorite fudge. It’s my own recipe that I have perfected over the 35 years that I have been making it.
And now I want to share it with you. The key to making it is to cook on medium heat, slowly bringing it to a boil, stirring constantly and do not over cook it.

I hope you make it one of your family favorites too!

Im hoping to make the pb cookie bars with my granddaughter
I have made fudge over a hundred times. Always had a problem with the softball stage. Then found a recipe that stated “cook 4 minutes, till it comes to a rolling boil “. Take off of heat & add your other ingredients. That 4 minutes-is your softball stage! No need to worry about softball stage any more. Works every time! I have had tons of compliments on how great my fudge is. So, I wanted to share that with anyone who has a problem with me softball stage.
