Tips for making the Best Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas

Here are a few tips that will help you make the best quesadillas that will make you a Pro:

  • Freeze the beef first before slicing. Freezing for 30 to 40 minutes will give a hard body to the beef so that you can cut them in thin slices without any extra effort.
  • While cooking the vegetables, cook the mushroom first. Once they have started to brown a bit, add onions and pepper. Browned and fully cooked mushrooms are absolutely delicious and add extra meatiness to the dish.
  • If you are not a fan of Provolone cheese, then you can use the cheese blend or queso as well for an extra cheesy and creamy texture.
