Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil You can use olive, vegetable, and sunflower oil
  • 2 and a half tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Garlic clove 3 chopped
  • Half teaspoon of thyme
  • 3 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • Mushroom 2 lbs.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Take a bowl and add all the ingredients except for the mushrooms and mix it well.
  • Add the mushrooms to the bowl and let them stay in the mixture for half an hour.
  • Now take a baking tray and bake the mushrooms with the sauce for 30 minutes. Your delicious roasted garlic mushrooms are ready.
