Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil You can use olive, vegetable, and sunflower oil
  • 2 and a half tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Garlic clove 3 chopped
  • Half teaspoon of thyme
  • 3 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • Mushroom 2 lbs.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients except for the mushrooms and mix it well.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and let them stay in the mixture for half an hour.
  4. Now take a baking tray and bake the mushrooms with the sauce for 30 minutes. Your delicious roasted garlic mushrooms are ready.
