The Pizza Burger Pie

Don't Lose This Recipe

the Pizza Burger Pie! I’m a big fan of both pizza and burgers, so I thought, why not combine the two into one delicious dish? And let me tell you, it did not disappoint.

I started off by preheating my oven to 375°F and getting all my ingredients ready. I used a mixture of all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, sour cream, water, shortening, and an egg to make the crust. For the filling, I used ground beef, salt, pepper, minced onion, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, and some canned sliced mushrooms.

The first step was to prepare the filling and set it aside. I mixed together the ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, and mushrooms in a bowl. I then started on the crust by combining the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Next, I heated the sour cream, water, and shortening in a saucepan over medium heat until it reached 120-130°F. I added the mixture to the flour mixture and then added the egg. I mixed everything together until it was somewhat smooth and then spread it in a greased 9 or 10-inch pie pan to create the crust.

I then spooned the filling into the crust and sprinkled cheese on top. I put the Pizza Burger Pie in the oven and let it bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until it was light golden brown. The aroma wafting from the oven was heavenly, and I couldn’t wait to try my creation.

Finally, the moment of truth arrived. I took the Pizza Burger Pie out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. I then sliced into it, and the cheese was melted and gooey, and the crust was crispy and delicious. The filling was juicy and flavorful, and the combination of the crust and filling was simply amazing. I couldn’t stop eating it!

In conclusion, the Pizza Burger Pie was a huge success, and I’m so glad I tried making it. It’s a fun and creative twist on two classic dishes, and it’s a great option for a tasty meal that everyone will love. I hope you all give it a try and enjoy it as much as I did. Don’t forget to let me know in the comments what you think. Until next time, bye!
