There should be no moisture so ensure to tightly squeeze the water of the Zucchini. You can even use paper towels for drying them. They are perfect to store for 2 months so you can enjoy them whenever you want.

Zucchini has excessive water inside of it and it is always recommended to make sure that it should be dried before use. It will never bind if it has excessive water.
