Ingredients
Method
Steak preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together except butter, garlic, and red chili flakes in a bowl, and keep them aside. I am using a half cup of olive oil in this step and will keep the other quantity for the next step for steak preparation.
- Add the steak to a Ziplock bag and put the marinade with it. Shake and keep it in the fridge to marinate for 7-8 hours. If possible, let it marinate overnight to get the best results.
For the pasta preparation:
- In a large pot of water, add the salt and olive oil. Let it boil, and add the uncooked pasta.
- Cook it according to the instructions in the back and then drain it.
- Add some cold water to this pasta and drain it again, so it won’t stick while you are cooking.
For the chicken preparation:
- In a skillet, add the olive oil and cook the chicken on medium heat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun spice until it is tender and ready.
- Take the chicken on a plate and keep the skillet aside for pasta.
Shrimp preparation:
- In a bowl, add the shrimp and season it with the oil and spices.
- Cook it on the same skillet until it changes color and is perfectly cooked. Keep the shrimp aside in another bowl or plate.
Steak preparation after marination:
- In the skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and the marinade beef. Cook it for 4-5 minutes until the color changes. Add the remaining ingredients, butter, garlic, and red chili flakes, and cook it for another 2 minutes. Constantly stir in the last 2 minutes and separate it in another plate or bowl.
Alfredo sauce preparation:
- In the same skillet, add the butter and cream cheese. Let it heat and add the remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Cook it on low heat until it bubbles and the sauce thickens.
- Add the parmesan cheese after 10 minutes. Add the pasta, steak, chicken, pasta, and shrimp to the sauce. Serve it hot and fresh to your friends and family.
