  • Beans : 1 15-ounce can Fat-Free refried beans, warmed
  • Sauce : Salsa or taco sauce your choice; Taco Bell Taco Sauce is perfect!
  • Tortillas : 8 – 6" flour tortillas soft taco size
  • Cheese : 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese divided
  • Fresh Add-ons : Tops of 4 Green Onions sliced; 4 Roma-sized tomatoes, diced; Sliced black olives (optional)
  • For Cooking : Non-Stick Cooking Spray

  • Prepare the Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste, drain, and toss in the taco seasoning packet and 1/4 cup water. Simmer it all together for about 10 minutes, and then set aside.
  • Tortillas – Time to Shine: Grab a small skillet, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and heat it over medium heat. Now, place a tortilla in the skillet and let it slightly brown. Flip it over and do the other side. Repeat for all 8 tortillas, placing them on paper towels afterward.
  • Build the Pizzas: This is the fun part! Use about 1/3 cup of refried beans for each pizza, top with about 1/2 cup beef mixture, and spread to coat. Now, top with another tortilla.
