The Secret’s in the Crust
A buttery, crispy crust is the foundation of any great pie. For this recipe, a chocolate graham cracker crust adds a little something special. The subtle hint of chocolate pairs perfectly with the peanut butter filling.
To make the crust, simply combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into your pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until set.
You could use a store-bought crust to save time. But I promise, the from-scratch crust takes this pie to a whole new level.
Creamy Peanut Butter Filling
Of course, the star of the show is the rich, smooth peanut butter cream cheese filling. And it could not be easier to make.
Simply beat together cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip.
Pour the filling into your baked crust, smoothing to the edges. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Customize with Fun Toppings
Part of the fun of no bake pies is decorating them however you like. Get creative with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter cups – anything goes!
Here are some of my favorite ways to dress up this pie:
- Add swirls of whipped cream and chocolate drizzle for a classic look
