Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 1/2
cups
chocolate or regular graham cracker crumbs
1/4
cup
white sugar

melted butter
For the Filling:

cream cheese
softened
1/2
cup
confectioners’ sugar
1/2
cup
creamy peanut butter

thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip
Optional toppings: whipped cream
chocolate syrup
Instructions
Make the Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
Press mixture firmly into an 8 or 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
Optional: Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes to help set crust. Allow to completely cool before adding filling.
Make the Filling:
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and peanut butter until completely smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip until fully combined.
Finish the Pie:
Pour filling into cooled graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.
Cover pie tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight is best.
When ready to serve, top pie with desired toppings like whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, nuts, etc.
