Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate or regular graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream chocolate syrup

Instructions

Make the Crust:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Press mixture firmly into an 8 or 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  • Optional: Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes to help set crust. Allow to completely cool before adding filling.

Make the Filling:

  • Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and peanut butter until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping like Cool Whip until fully combined.

Finish the Pie:

  • Pour filling into cooled graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth it into an even layer.
  • Cover pie tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight is best.
  • When ready to serve, top pie with desired toppings like whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, nuts, etc.
