Mix milk, coconut, agave syrup, salt, vanilla, and lime zest.
Heat milk mixture in a saucepan until it simmers.
Add in the oats.
Keep heating until the mixture simmers. Make sure you stir this mixture often, so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
When it simmers, keep heating for 2-3 minutes until the porridge is creamy and smooth.
Enjoy with your favorite toppings! Some berries and extra agave syrup go super well with it!
