Method
- Mix milk, coconut, agave syrup, salt, vanilla, and lime zest.
- Heat milk mixture in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Add in the oats.
- Keep heating until the mixture simmers. Make sure you stir this mixture often, so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When it simmers, keep heating for 2-3 minutes until the porridge is creamy and smooth.
- Enjoy with your favorite toppings! Some berries and extra agave syrup go super well with it!
