Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a deep baking pan, arrange the chicken pieces skin side up.
Mix the softened butter, honey, mustard, curry powder, and salt in a small mixing bowl and pour it over the chicken.
Bake for 1 ¼ hour (75 minutes) until the chicken is well browned and tender and juicy. Basting it with pan drippings after every 15 minutes.
