Add the cream cheese, sugar, and butter to a mixer. Beat it and then one by one add the flour, egg, and vanilla, Beat it for 3-5 minutes for better consistency.
Preparing the batter:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a baking pan and put the parchment paper. Now add the pecans and bake them for 8-10 minutes. It is necessary to roast them for a better flavor.
Now take a bowl and add the flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda. Add the eggs gradually to the paste and constantly stir it.
Put the vanilla extract, apple sauce, and oil now. Mix it well and add the sliced apples and the roasted pecans.
Add the half mixture into a Bundt pan now. Pour the cream cheese filling and add over the other half mixture.
Bake it for 1 hour and 10-15 minutes. Check through a toothpick to make sure it is done. Cool it on the rack on a plate.
