Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 3/4 tsp powder made from dried garlic
  • 3/4 tsp powder made from dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt crystals
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper cayenne
  • 4 ears of corn with their husks on
  • 2 tsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Get your grill ready. Mix together the first eight listed ingredients in a small container and set it aside.
  • Take the husks off the corn but leave them attached and remove any silks. Spread the melted butter over the corn and sprinkle the spice mixture on top. Place the corn on the grill rack and cook for 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until it's done.
