In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and olive oil.
Place the ribs into a large Crockpot and season with salt.
Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs and turn the Crockpot to low.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
Serve the ribs with the remaining barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
Notes
The ribs should be cooked for at least 8 hours, but can be cooked overnight for even more flavor.
If you don’t have a Crockpot, you can also cook the ribs in the oven at 325°F for about 2 hours.
