Baked Beef and Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds minced beef
  • 1 packed penne pasta
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Water as required
  • ½ teaspoon canola oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. For the mixture, cook the meat properly in a frying pan.
  2. Boil the pasta as per the guidelines mentioned in the packet. Once it is boiled, drain it.
  3. After the meat is cooked thoroughly, slow down the heat and add onion powder, salt, cream cheese chili powder, garlic powder and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to prepare the mixture.
  4. Add boiled pasta to the beef mixture.
  5. In a large dish, pour the beef pasta prepared.
  6. Garnish it with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake it for almost 15-20 minutes, and it is ready to serve.
