Ingredients
  

  • 25 to 30 Meatballs frozen
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Red currant jelly or Grape jelly
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Chili Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Low-sodium Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup Water

Method
 

  1. Start with setting up the crockpot.
  2. Add butter, jelly, brown sugar, chili sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, broth, and water. Mix them well until combined.
  3. Gently place the meatballs in the crockpot and mix.
  4. Now cook the meatballs for 6 hours on a low setting. OR if you are in a hurry, cook them on high for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, serve them hot with mini forks or toothpicks. Enjoy
